Hi, I’m Jordan (she/her), a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with a background in mental health nursing. I support children, teens, and adults who are dealing with anxiety, stress, trauma, grief, life transitions, and relationship or family challenges. My approach is warm, steady, and grounded- I want you to feel comfortable being exactly who you are, without any pressure or judgment.

I work from a trauma-informed, relational lens and draw on evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, ACT, mindfulness, somatic awareness, and strengths-based strategies. I believe therapy should feel supportive and human- not stiff or clinical. Our time together is a space to explore, reflect, learn new skills, and move toward the version of yourself that feels more balanced, connected, and empowered.
